  • Add your favorite products to the cart and proceed to checkout. In the vast majority of countries delivery of our goods is carried out by post in the form of priority registered mail, in Belarus EMS Belpochta. In the CIS countries shipping is carried out by CDEK. 
Pay special attention to the correctness of your mailing address and contact information. Enter your email address correctly, as it will receive information about your order.
  • Payment is made on the sites through bank acquiring. There are two payment gateways to choose from: BePaid (BSB Bank) and Alfa Bank Belarus, they are identical in terms of functionality. Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay are accepted. Cards must have 3d secure payment systems connected.
  • Please enter your email correctly when placing an order. After placing an order, you will receive an order acceptance confirmation on your e-mail, and after your goods are shipped, you will receive a letter with a tracking number (tracking number of the postal parcel). If you have correctly specified your e-mail, and automatic letters from the site did not come, then check the «spam» folder and indicate on the letters that it is not spam. Try not to use mail from the service mail. ru, as a rule, letters to this service often do not reach.
  • Postal parcel tracking number, tracking and delivery times. Please note that the parcel is not tracked in real time and you do not see how it is approaching you every second. All marks (parcel statuses) show only the passage of post offices, sorting and customs points.
  • A parcel travels quickly through Belarus and each stage is displayed in sufficient detail, however, after leaving Belarus, the status of the postal parcel will only be updated when it is processed at your national customs office or sorting point. The period between leaving Belarus and reaching your national customs office is the longest. Our postal service does not provide exact delivery times. Parcels can take quite a long time to arrive. But the main thing is that they all arrive.
